Capstrike whitepaper
Version 2 · October 3, 2026. A short, plain description of what Capstrike is, how it is sold, and what the contracts do.
1. What it is
Capstrike is a set of 794 one-of-one collectible caps. Each cap is an ERC-721 token on RH Chain (chain ID 4663, an Arbitrum Orbit rollup that pays gas in ETH) Capstrike is an NFT project first; each token also carries the right to claim exactly one laser-engraved physical, sized by tier (section 5).
2. Supply and rarity
Supply is fixed at 794 in the collection contract. The trait deal was committed by hash before mint (ecee77e97ca5c631a8d0a8d248948cc825ff3b1adfb4ea5c1286682ddadd8772). Seven finishes are dealt by exact quota: Matte 390, Gloss 220, Foil 113, Holographic 49, Prism 14, Slammer 7 and one 24K Genesis.
3. Pricing
Primary sales are at fixed prices by tier, set on October 3, 2026 and never lowered:
| Tier | Finish | Caps | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mythic | 24K Genesis | 1 | $299 |
| Legendary | Slammer | 7 | $119 |
| Epic | Prism | 14 | $69 |
| Rare | Holographic | 49 | $39 |
| Uncommon | Foil | 113 | $25 |
| Common | Matte / Gloss | 610 | $15 |
The same price applies on the site checkout, on OpenSea (in USDG) and, in ETH, on the on-chain sale contract. US shipping of the physical is included.
4. Payment and delivery
The site accepts Bitcoin, ETH and USDG on RH Chain, SOL and USDC on Solana, ETH and USDC on Base and Ethereum, and DOGE. A quote converts the fixed USD price at a live median rate and locks it briefly. When the payment is final, an approved delivery wallet transfers the NFT from the treasury to the buyer. The treasury key never touches the server, and a guard refuses to sell the last cap automatically.
5. The physical claim
The physical depends on the tier:
| Tier | Caps | Physical you claim | Price (US shipping incl.) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mythic | 1 | Genesis medallion 76 mm × 6 mm solid brass, about 240 g, in a display box | $299 |
| Legendary | 7 | Large brass coin 50 mm × 4 mm solid brass, about 68 g, in a capsule | $119 |
| Epic | 14 | Solid brass coin 40 mm × 3 mm solid brass, about 33 g, in a capsule | $69 |
| Rare | 49 | Thick stainless plate 89 × 64 mm, 2 mm stainless steel, dark-annealed | $39 |
| Uncommon | 113 | Large aluminum plate 102 × 76 mm (4 × 3 in), 1.5 mm anodized aluminum | $25 |
| Common | 610 | Engraved aluminum card 89 × 51 mm (3.5 × 2 in, business-card size), 0.8 mm anodized aluminum | $15 |
Every physical is engraved with that cap’s art, its name, its number (#id / 794), its tier and finish, and its traits, plus a QR verify code and serial. A Common claims an engraved aluminum card, not a brass or copper cap. Brass and copper are the default only for Epic, Legendary and Mythic caps; for any other cap a solid brass or copper slammer is an optional paid upgrade from $49 shipped.
Free random upgrade. About 1 in 10 claims (every tier except the Mythic) is upgraded one step for free: a Common gets the Uncommon plate, an Uncommon the Rare plate, a Rare the Epic brass coin, an Epic the Legendary coin, and a Legendary gets its coin in solid copper. The draw is fixed by a secret seed committed before any claim: sha256(seed) = 660c482b41104b29c703c816ac30f813c0235f27d26dfd675feb8bdc6959e27d. For token N the roll is sha256(seed + ":" + N); the first 8 hex digits as a fraction of 232 below 0.10 is an upgrade. We cannot change it per buyer, and the seed is published when every physical has been claimed or on October 3, 2027, whichever comes first, so anyone can check every result.
The holder of a token can claim its physical once. Ownership is proven with a signed message from the holding wallet (no gas), checked against the chain. Claims are recorded server-side, one per token, and exposed publicly as a claim status and as the metadata attribute “Physical Claimed: Yes/No”. Claims follow the token: a claimed cap sold later carries no physical entitlement. Shipping inside the US is paid from the primary price, which is set per tier to cover the tier’s piece and its postage. See Shipping.
6. Tokenomics
- NFT: 794 tokens, fixed. 5% royalty on secondary sales where marketplaces honour it.
- Primary revenue: goes to the treasury and pays for engraving, materials and shipping.
- Airdrop token: a fixed-supply ERC-20, minted once with no mint or burn afterwards. It is held by an airdrop distributor that starts only after all 794 caps have sold, then pays out per token ID in three tranches. It may never start. It is not sold here and carries no promise of value.
7. Contracts
Collection (ERC-721), the on-chain fixed-price sale contract, a fixed-price holder market, the airdrop token and distributor, and the treasury. Addresses are on Contracts.
8. Risks
No paid audit. Prices are set by us, not discovered by a market. Physical fulfilment depends on us. Nothing here is investment advice.
